About Julie
I'm a registered dietitian and chef passionate about making nutrition feel practical, personalized, and genuinely enjoyable. My work sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition and real-life cooking — with a focus on gut health, ADHD-friendly strategies, meal planning, emotional eating, and sustainable weight management. I believe food should support both your physical and mental well-being, and that taking care of yourself can be simple, grounding, and deeply satisfying.
My journey into this work is personal. My own experience overcoming anxiety and depression through food and wellness practices is what drives everything I do. I don't just bring clinical expertise to the table — I bring lived understanding of how much the right nutrition support can change your life.
Approach
I blend my expertise in gastroenterology and mental health to offer a holistic, whole-person approach to nutrition. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan, I work side-by-side with you — combining evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with behavioral strategies and hands-on cooking support. My goal is to help you build a genuine understanding of your body, foster a healthy relationship with food, and feel confident and grounded in your everyday choices.
Healing happens one meal at a time. I'm here to make that process feel approachable, sustainable, and even enjoyable.
